¶ Connect Zoom Account
Connecting your Zoom account to LeadAngel helps auto-generate unique Zoom links for meetings, saving you time and manual effort.
¶ Set Up Zoom Integration
- Sign in to app.leadangel.com.
- Go to Calendar Integration → Integration → Video Conferencing.
- On the canvas, click Add to Zoom under Connect your Zoom Account.
¶ Authorize Zoom
- You’ll be redirected to Zoom’s authorization page.
- Click Switch Account if you want to sign in with a different Zoom account.
- Check the required permission box.
- Click Allow.
¶ Add Zoom to Event Types
- After authorization, click Go to Event Type.
- In the Event List canvas, you may click on edit or create a new Event type.
- Under Location, select Zoom.
- Save your event.
You’ll now see the Zoom option on the booking page.
¶ Zoom Link Delivery
- A Zoom meeting URL will be sent to you via email.
- The meeting is also added to your Calendar Events.
- The Zoom link is visible directly within the event tile.
¶ Disconnect Zoom
To remove your Zoom integration, go back to Video Conferencing and click Disconnect.
