The System Data Dictionary is a set of predefined standard rules used to track every available lead in the current database. These standard rules are structured in a read-only format and can only be viewed.
Multiple approved rules from the System Data Dictionary can be used in Lead Routing Territory.
ΒΆ What does the System Data Dictionary include?
The System Data Dictionary contains some pre-defined data dictionaries on the leads. These include:
- Is a Duplicate Lead
Returns all the duplicate records. - All Leads
Returns all the leads that are present in the system. - Leads Matched to Accounts
Returns all the leads that are matched to accounts. - Leads Not Matched to Accounts
Returns all the leads that are not matched to accounts. - Leads With Public Email Domain
Returns all the leads that contain email addresses coming from public email domains.
The System Data Dictionary has a collection of more than 4000 commonly used public email addresses or email domains, and leads are filtered based on this collection.
