Below are definitions for many of the terms you may encounter when using LeadAngel. To request a term be added, please send us an email

TermDefinition
Sales TeamSales Team is a place to define your sales organizations. It could be for round robin teams grouping, or Sales Rep to Inside Sales/BDR mapping.
Round Robin TeamTeam of individual sales rep or Inside Sales/BDR whom the leads will be routed in round way way.
Data DictionaryA place to document all of the organizations acronyms and definitions. This could include things like.
1. Industry Grouping
2. Geographical territory
3. Segment such as SMB, Enterprise, MM
4. Campaign Grouping
5. Active/Inactive accounts
6. Account lists to fuzzy match
Account ListA list of account that you may want to “Fuzzy” match against a set of account or leads
Account StatusA place to define account status, such as customer, prospect, active opportunity etc, that could be used for lead routing or marketing segmentation.
Market SegmentA place to document all of the organizations acronyms and definitions. This could include things like.
1. Industry Grouping
2. Geographical territory
3. Segment such as SMB, Enterprise, MM
4. Campaign Grouping
CRM AccountUsed to create a filter on CRM/Sales account.
CRM LeadUsed to create a filter on CRM/Sales leads.
MA LeadUsed to create a filter on Marketing Leads from marketing automation.
Routing TerritoryA group of Sales/CRM leads that you would like to route in certain way. This is created by combining data dictionaries and applying desired filter conditions.
Lead SegmentA group of Marketing Automation leads that you would like segment and sync with your Marketing Automation tool. This is created by combining data dictionaries and applying desired filter conditions.
Lead RouterA process flow builder to create assignment blocks, and route leads per priority
Lead AttributesSet of Lead fields in CRM or Marketing Automation tool
Account AttributesSet of Account fields in CRM system
Opportunity AttributesSet of Opportunity fields in CRM system
Sales Rep AttributesSet of Sales User fields in CRM system
Assignment BlockA flow step in the lead router to configure lead router in specific way based on leads from lead territory.
Smart AttributesSmart attributes are derived from regular address/account name attributes. Leadangel uses the “Fuzzy” match on these fields to cover the records that otherwise would have been excluded.
