Incorrect LeadAngel Matched Account

On the lead layout, a checkbox “Incorrect LeadAngel Matched Account” can be added. Purpose of checking this box is to let LeadAngel know suggested match is not accurate. When this box is checked, LeadAngel would create an entry into “Never Match” list for suggested account and company mapping. If you enter a new company name in the “LeadAngel Matched Account Name”, LeadAngel will also create an entry in the “Manual Match” list. Any future lead to account matches are updated to conform with these new entries in “Never Match” and “Manual Match” lists. You can manually push the existing records for rematch if required.

Some of the very common use cases explained below:

1. User checks the “Inaccurate match” box, but does not change the matched account name

Old lead-account match is marked as an incorrect match and the lead is sent for a rematch. “Inaccurate match” checkbox will be unchecked irrespective of the rematch outcome.

2. User checks the “Inaccurate match” box, and also updates the previously matched account name with new name

Old lead-account match is marked as incorrect match and new updated account is set as new match. The updated account will be used in future matches. “Inaccurate match” checkbox will be unchecked.

3. User checks the “Inaccurate match” box, and empties the matched account name

Old lead-account match is marked as an incorrect match and the lead is sent for a rematch. Leads will not be re-matched to the previous matched account. “Inaccurate match” checkbox will be unchecked irrespective of the rematch outcome.

4. User does not check the “Inaccurate match” box, but updates the matched account name with new name

Updated lead-account match is set as manual match fix. This process runs once a day.

5. User does not check the “Inaccurate match” box, but empties the matched account name

Lead is sent for a rematch. It may be re-matched with the previously matched account if no better match is found this time.

“Manual Match” list is updated once a day for leads where “Incorrect Match” flag is not set, but the matched account is updated. If the “Incorrect Match” flag is set, then “Manual Match” list is updated usually in 20-30 min.
