When LeadAngel starts routing leads, it identifies all the new company names that do not exist in the customer’s CRM system and the company names that already exist in the customer’s CRM system.
In Sales Rep and Account Mapping (aka SR and Account Mapping), mapping is done between the account name and the sales rep name after the last lead assignment to the CRM or Net New (i.e Virtual) account. For example, you can map all the leads coming from Company “My company” to be sent to the sales rep to whom the last leads from Company “My Company” were assigned. Let’s say if the last lead from Company “My Company” was assigned to Sales Rep 1, then using SR and Account Mapping you can map all the leads coming from Company “My Company” to be sent to Sales Rep 1.
For every lead assigned to a different company, the mapping should be created.
When routing a lead, the user will be able to check the history of previous lead assignments for a particular account and can route to the new leads based on it.
