¶ What is a Sub Router?
A Sub Router is a component within the lead routing system that allows you to create a secondary layer of lead distribution logic. It includes customized rules, routing conditions, and assignment options to handle more specific or complex lead routing needs.
¶ How do I create a Sub Router?
¶ Step 1: Log in
- Go to www.app.leadangel.com
- Click on Lead Management
¶ Step 2: Open Sub Router
- Click on Lead Routing
- Right-click on Sub Router
- Click + New Sub Router
¶ Step 3: Enter Sub Router Details
- A dialog box titled Add New Lead Sub Router will open
- Enter a unique name and description
- Click Save
The new lead sub router will be created
¶ What do I do after creating a Sub Router?
- Add blocks to the canvas as needed:
- Lead Filter
- Assignment block
- Action block
- Update to CRM
- Random Split
- Update Data Value
The steps are the same as creating a regular Lead Router.
Select Default Lead Owner in the Detail tab.
¶ How is a Sub Router used in the Lead Router?
Once the Sub Router is created and approved, you can select it using the assignment condition:
Execute Sub Router
This allows the Lead Router to route leads based on the logic defined in the Sub Router.
