Lead Concierge presents all available dates/times from the round robin sales team (not weighted sales team) to the prospect, who then selects their preferred slot. The lead is assigned to the sales rep available at the selected date/time.
- Assignment Logic: If multiple sales reps are available at the prospect's selected time, the system follows existing round robin assignment logic (accrued leads, bonus leads, queue position, etc.).
- Availability: In future UI releases, the Concierge option will be available only for Offline Scheduling/Handoff, not for real-time OTS router.
A prospect submits a web-to-lead form on the client's website (or the LeadAngel form).
This is a two-step process:
A sales rep is considered available when ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Google/Microsoft calendar is integrated
- Not marked as unavailable in SFDC
- Not marked as unavailable in LeadAngel
- Assignment limit has not been exceeded
- Not marked inactive in CRM
- Not blocked by Holiday Calendar in LeadAngel (currently one calendar exists; multiple may be supported in future)
- Create a calendar listing showing each available date/time slot only once per the configured time increment
- Behind the scenes, one or more sales reps may be available for each slot
Lead Concierge then displays unified calendar slots by merging availability across all eligible sales reps.
Instead of standard "Assign to sales team," use the new assignment option: "Assign to Lead Concierge"
The assignment block will prompt you to select a Lead Concierge Event Template.

Once the prospect selects a date/time:
- If only one sales rep is available: assign to that rep
- If multiple sales reps are available: apply existing round robin routing logic (accrued leads, bonus leads, queue position, etc.)
LeadAngel and CRM are updated with the assignment and event details.

This template is similar to a standard "Calendar Event" but with key differences:
- Create event in CRM
- Upload lead in CRM
- CRM primary key field (if matched, system will update existing lead in CRM)
- All reminder settings
Who can create Lead Concierge Event Templates?
- Admin and Standard users
- (Calendar-only users are excluded.)
