A Lead Router is used to assign CRM leads based on defined routing logic. Located under the Lead Management module, the Lead Router acts as a visual flow builder composed of multiple assignment blocks.
There is no limit to the number of assignment blocks a router can contain. Each assignment block is made up of the following three components:
One or more (up to 10) routing territories can be added to each assignment block. Leads falling within any of these territories will be routed according to the rules defined in that block.
Assignment blocks are executed in sequential order, based on how they appear in the router. This means that if a lead meets the criteria for the first block, it will be processed there before moving to the next.
Note: A routing territory can only be assigned to one block within the same router. Duplicate use of the same routing territory across multiple blocks in a single router is not allowed.
