This option allows you to trigger a Salesforce Process Builder flow after contact routing is completed. Process Builder can be used to automate actions like sending emails, creating tasks, or updating records.
Once routing is complete, LeadAngel updates Salesforce using the specified API name and triggers the corresponding process.

Workaround:
To trigger Process Builder on a converted Contact or Account, use a Data Value Update on the original Lead record. Then, in Salesforce, configure the Process Builder to fire based on the updated field value.
