The Wait Condition lets you pause a lead routing process based on time or lead-specific criteria. This is useful when leads need to wait before moving to the next step in the routing flow.
There are three types of wait options you can use individually or in combination:
Pause the routing for a fixed time period. You can define this duration in:
Pause the routing until a specific date and time. The lead will remain on hold until the exact moment defined here.
Delay routing until the lead meets certain conditions. These conditions are based on lead attributes, such as status, owner, or custom fields.
Note: You can use any one or combine all three. Wait filters support AND, OR, and NOT logic for more flexible conditions.
Until the condition is met, the lead stays in the queue.
