- Next step is to configure the Application user for the environment. Go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com and select the D365 environment as per the requirement.
- Click on Settings at the top
- Click User + Permissions -> Application users
- Click on the New app user
- Click Add and App and select the app that was create in Azure portal. Select desired business unit, and System Administrator as security role. Click Create at the bottom of the window
